Terms of Sale 

Purchasing merchandise from XGSTOUR does not create app membership, tournament entry, competition eligibility, winnings eligibility, handicap status, or participation in any cash pot, 50/50 pot, prize pool, charitable campaign, or People's Champion competition.

Any XGSTOUR app participation, scoring, membership, competition, prizes, pots, charitable campaigns, or beta access will be governed by separate app terms, contest rules, eligibility rules, and campaign disclosures.

Prices, products, colors, sizes, print providers, shipping methods, and availability can change without notice. XGSTOUR may cancel or refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, an order cannot be fulfilled, pricing is displayed incorrectly, fraud is suspected, or required information is incomplete.

Product images and mockups are provided for convenience. Actual garment color, print placement, and print appearance can vary slightly because products are produced on demand.

Giving and Impact

A portion of net proceeds supports XGSTOUR operations and selected community-impact campaigns. Tax-deductible treatment, if any, depends on the campaign and checkout partner.

Do not use the following language until a specific approved campaign, nonprofit partner, accounting process, and receipt process are in place: all proceeds go to charity, tax deductible, guaranteed donation, nonprofit purchase, or any promise tied to a fixed percentage, fixed dollar amount, named charity, receipt, or tax treatment unless approved for that campaign.
